1.17.31 is a minor update to Minecraft Education, released for Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS on December 14, 2021, and for iOS and iPadOS on December 21, 2021, which fixes some bugs.[1]
Fixes
- Fixed proxy configurations preventing login on Windows.
- Fixed client hanging when downloading resources.
- Fixed Windows disconnecting multiplayer sessions when app is minimized.
- Fixed non-functional arrows being visible while using Code Builder.
- Fixed blocks getting stuck in the material reducer UI.
- Fixed not being able to close the "There was a problem loading this world" screen.
- Fixed old boards not being editable and old NPCs not having correct skins.
- Additional crash fixes.
