The 2026 PBA Commissioner's Cup, will be the second conference of the 2025–26 PBA season of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The 23rd edition of the Commissioner's Cup will start on March 11, 2026.[1] The tournament will allow teams to hire foreign players or imports with unlimited height limit. The Macau Black Bears will join the conference as a guest team.[2]

The TNT Tropang 5G are the defending Commissioner's Cup champions.
