Charlotte McConaghy is an Australian novelist and screenwriter. She is the author of Migrations (2020),[1][2] Once There Were Wolves (2021),[3] and Wild Dark Shore (2025).[4] Her novels explore subjects related to the climate.[5][6]
Once There Were Wolves and Wild Dark Shore were New York Times bestselling novels.[7][8]
McConaghy attended the Australian Film, Television and Radio School, from which she received a master's degree.[9] As of February 2025, she lived in Sydney with her partner and two children.[9]
