Elfi Deufl (28 October 1958 – 18 August 2025) was an Austrian downhill alpine skier.[1]

Deufl placed first at the European Junior Alpine Skiing Championships in 1974 and placed third in 1976. In the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup, she placed second in a 1975 race and third in a race the following year.[2]

Deufl died on 18 August 2025, at the age of 66.[3]
