Retirement
In February 2025, Iserbyt underwent surgery to an artery in the groin region[5], and despite attempts to fix the circulation problems and nerve compression on his hip, he announced on an Instagram post the 8 January 2026 his retirement of professional cycling at the age of 28. Doctors have told him it is "medically no longer responsible" for him to continue cycling, "recreationally, sportively, and at a high level", thus marking the end of his pro cycling career.[6]
