Greek National Road 59

Greek National Road 59 (abbr: EO59) is a national highway in northeastern Greece.[1] It connects the Greek National Road 12 at Mesorrachi with the Greek National Road 2 near Amfipoli, via Draviskos.

History

Ministerial Decision G25871 of 9 July 1963 created the EO59 from the old EO44, which existed by royal decree from 1955 until 1963, and followed the same route as the current EO59.[2][3]
