Grêmio
Born in São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, Juan Coelho joined Grêmio's Academy on loan from Azuriz at the age of 20 in 2021.[1]
Cuiabá
On 24 February 2025, Juan Christian returned to Brazil and signed with Cuiabá until the end of 2027.[2]
