Mr. Missis (Sinhala: Mr. මිසිස්), is a 2025 Sri Lankan Sinhalese comedy film directed by Charith Abeysinghe and produced by Dr. Ravi Liyanage for Raigam Films.[1][2][3] It stars Uddika Premarathna and Dinakshie Priyasad in the lead role with Mahendra Perera, Mihira Sirithilaka, Sarath Kothalawala, Saman Hemaratne and Ananda Kumara Unnehe made supportive roles.[4][5][6]

Production
The film marks the maiden cinema direction by Charith Abeysinghe,[2] who appeared as a multi talented artist; being a teledrama producer-director, cinematographer, actor, singer, television program host, and announcer.[4] Before the direction, Abeysinghe produced two films: Juliya (2009) and July 7 in 2016. Apart from direction, he also handled cinematography and lighting in the film.[1]
The film is produced by Dr. Ravi Liyanage who previously produced the 2023 film Kadira Divyaraja and screenplay written by popular actor and director Giriraj Kaushalya.[2][7][8] Editing done by Irusha Gamage with assistance of Dhananjaya Kandanage. Nuwan Srinath Kasthuri Arachchi, Tharindu Madushan, Chalindu Theekshana are the assistant directors. Computer visual effects handled by Kasun Sanjaya, whereas art direction handled by Sarachchandra Jayaweera with the assistance of Sandaru Lakshan and Indika Bandara. Post production supervision managed by Ravindra Guruge.[1][4]
Costume designed by Lakshika Kalinga and Sarath Jayaweera, still photography done by Kasun Madusankha Weragala and Devahewage Asitha Pasan. Yasoda Dhanupama made color combination, Sasika Ruwan Marasinghe made sound management and Gayan Deshapriya made production management with the assistance of Yasanka Belihuloya. Nalin Premathilaka handled makeup with the assistance of Janaka Bandara.[1][4]
Hairstyling done by Suresh Rathnayake with the assistance of Shashika Dilshan. Veteran musician Dr. Rohana Weerasinghe is the music director and Professor Sunil Ariyaratne and Kelum Srimal are the lyricists. Amandya Uthpali, Uddika Premarathna and Supun Perera made background vocals.[1][4]
Release
The film is released on 20 October 2025 in EAP theaters island wide.[4][7]
