The Omsk City Council is the representative body of the city of Omsk. Deputies of the Omsk City Council are elected for 5-year terms, with 40 elected according to the majority system. Until March 23, 2022, deputies were elected according to a mixed system: 20 deputies by party lists, 20 deputies by single-mandate districts. The current city council was elected on September 15, 2022. [1]
