Patricio Alfonso Pinilla Valencia (born circa 1969 in Los Ángeles, Bío Bío Region) is a Chilean lawyer and politician affiliated with the Christian Democratic Party. He serves as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile, representing the 21st District for the 2026–2030 term.[1][2]
Biography
Pinilla was born in Los Ángeles to a family of modest means: his father Alfonso worked as a mechanical turner and his mother Brunilda as a homemaker.[3] He studied law at the University of Concepción and worked as a lawyer in the regional labour inspection sector for over two decades. He also served as a regional councilor (CORE) and later as municipal councillor in Los Ángeles.[3]
Political career
In the 2025 parliamentary election, Pinilla ran as the Christian Democratic candidate in the 21st District (Bío Bío Region). He was elected with approximately 5.13% of the valid votes (20,035 votes).[4]
