Patrick Ruttle (11 January 1931 – 11 March 2019) was a Canadian field hockey player. Born in Bray, County Wicklow in Ireland,[2] Ruttle was (together with Tony Boyd) one of a number of Irish-born players who made up the Canadian mens field hockey team during the 1960s.[3][4] He represented Canada in the men's tournament at the 1964 Summer Olympics.[5][6]
Ruttle later lived in Ireland and played with Pembroke Wanderers Hockey Club.[7][8][9] He died in Dublin in 2019.[1]
