Shorea pubistyla P.S.Ashton | |
Rubroshorea pubistyla is a species of flowering plant in the family Dipterocarpaceae. It is a tree endemic to Borneo,[2] which occurs in Sarawak and West Kalimantan. It grows up to 30 metres in height in lowland mixed dipterocarp rain forest on low hills up to 500 metres elevation.[1]
The species was first described as Shorea pubistyla by Peter Shaw Ashton in 1967. In 2022 Ashton and Jacqueline Heckenhauer placed the species in genus Rubroshorea as R. pubistyla.[2]
