Notes

  1. ^ Having been filmed in a few scenes as one of the two investigating officers, McDonald received word that he had landed a part in Los Angeles. With his scenes reshot and his character replaced altogether (with the one played by Raphael Kepinski), McDonald does, nonetheless, receive an onscreen credit.[2][3]
