Sarah Nambawa (born 23 September 1985 in Kampala) is a Ugandan athlete specialising in the triple jump.[1][2] She is a two-time African Champion.
Nambawa was a four-time All-American jumper for the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders track and field team, placing runner-up in the triple jump at the 2009 NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships and 2010 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships.[3][4][5]
Her personal best in the event is 14.06 m (46 ft 1+1⁄2 in) from 2011.
