Tej R Bagha

Tej R Bagha also known as Tej Ram Bagha was a British-Indian civic figure who served as Mayor of the London Borough of Ealing, United Kingdom. He was known locally for community service, charity engagement, and participation in multicultural and inter-faith initiatives in West London.[1][2][3]

Biography

Bagha was a British-Indian local politician who served as the 50th Mayor of the London Borough of Ealing in 2014. A long-standing councillor and community representative, he was associated particularly with the Southall area of West London. He migrated to the United Kingdom from the Punjab region of India in 1963 as a young man and lived in the borough for more than five decades. He served as a councillor in Ealing for approximately 24 years before becoming mayor.[4][5][4]
