Toropi

This is the flag of Toropi. This flag has a horizontal tricolor background of light blue, white, and light blue—three equal horizontal stripes. Centered on the flag is a large green diamond shape (similar to the Brazilian flag’s diamond). Inside the green diamond is a white circle that contains a detailed coat of arms. The coat of arms has a shield with multiple diagonal stripes of red, yellow, blue, and black across the top portion. The lower part of the shield shows green fields and what appears to be an animal (likely a bull or ox) in black. On either side of the shield are green plant stalks, possibly corn. Above the shield is a silver mural crown, indicating a municipality. Below the shield is a red scroll with the date 28.12.1985 and the word TOROPI.
