Notonomus chalybeus (Dejean, 1828)

Type locality: Australia ("Nouvelle-Hollande").

Typus: Syntype: Male(s) ♂, MNHN. [Originally stated as in Collection of Latreille. Later stated by Moore, Weir & Pyke, 1987 (p.178) as "syntypes (possible), MNHP M. found in 1968 by B.P. Moore, from Australia (as Nov. Hollande)"].
