The Mojang Studios Cape is a cape given to employees of Mojang Studios.

Appearance

The cape's design reflects the logo change that came with the rebrand from Mojang to Mojang Studios. It features some of the white "mojangs" that make up their logo against a red backdrop.[1]

The cape was designed by Johan Aronson.[2]

Distribution

This cape is given to those employed by Mojang Studios on or after July 25, 2021.

History

May 17, 2020Mojang rebrands from "Mojang" to "Mojang Studios" and changes their logo.
July 25, 2021The Mojang Studios cape is implemented, replacing the Mojang Cape as the cape given out to employees.
January 18, 2022Readded the cape to Bedrock Edition.

  • Unlike the previous Mojang capes, this one is also given to Mojang employees on Bedrock Edition.
