Nutripure is a French fitness and health company based in Deyme, Haute-Garonne that develops and sells sports dietary supplements. It was founded in 2017 by Christophe Carrio and his brother Florent Carrio.[1][2]

History

Nutripure was founded in France in 2017 by brothers Florent Carrio and Christophe Carrio, as a digital-first brand specialising in natural food supplements and sports nutrition products, distributed primarily through its own website.[3][4][5]

In May 2022, the company announced that the equity investment firm Ardian had acquired a minority stake in Nutripure.[6][7] In July 2024, French private equity firm PAI Partners acquired a majority stake in Nutripure, alongside the founders and Bpifrance.[8][9][10]

In 2024, the company reported a turnover of €40 million.[11][12] In 2025, Nutripure began operations outside France, identifying Spain and Italy as initial priority markets for international development.[13][14]

Operations

The company develops its products primarily in France, with most of its production based in the Occitania region. Nutripure produces sports dietary supplements,[15] as well as multi-ingredient products and alternative food products, including a spread made primarily from red beans and dates.[16][17][18]

Partnerships and sponsorships

In August 2024, Nutripure became an official sponsor of Rugby Club Toulon under a three-season partnership.[19][20] The company also partners with Castres Olympique, Colomiers Rugby, and Toulouse Olympique.[21]

Nutripure sponsors several French athletes,[22] including Ciryl Gane, Perrine Laffont, Elsa Jacquemot, Justine Dupont and Quentin Fillon Maillet.[23]

Recognition

In 2024, Nutripure was awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award.[24]
