Valkovce (Hungarian: Vajkvágása, until 1899: Valykócz; Rusyn: Вальківцї) is a village and municipality in Svidník District in the Prešov Region of north-eastern Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1382.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 220 metres (720 ft)[3] and covers an area of 6.66 km2 (2.57 sq mi) (2024).[4]
