How to Identify

A succulent plant that forms clumps and keep growing from year to year. It grows 8 cm tall. It has a fleshy rootstock. This can be 4 cm across. The leaves taper and are 3 sided. The flowers are yellow with pink underneath. The fruit have 5 lobes.
