How to Identify
A bamboo. It grows 5-7 m tall. The culms are 3-4.5 cm wide. The internodes are 17-20 cm long. The sheaths are pale green with purple veins. There are 2-3 leaves on the end branches. The leaf blade is 8-12 cm long by 2 cm wide.
