A skeleton homestead is an ally structure in Minecraft Legends, and serves as the homestead for skeletons.

Description

The skeleton homestead is populated by large bone structures, and features the skeleton of a large dinosaur-like creature as its centre-piece.

Spawning

The skeleton homestead will spawn in one of the tundra biomes in the Overworld after destroying at least one Nether portal after the Night Beacon.

Mechanics

Upon visiting it for the first time, the skeleton homestead is invaded by the Horde of the Hunt, the central skull statue is damaged, and skeletons are locked inside cages. Defeating the requisite number of piglins and destroying the base spawning there will free the homestead, rendering skeletons spawnable. Afterward, piglins have a chance of targeting the homestead and, if their attack was successful, they rebuild the base, making skeleton spawners impossible to build.
