Dežerice (Hungarian: Dezsér) is a village and municipality in the Bánovce nad Bebravou District, in the Trenčín Region of north-western Slovakia.

The village was first mentioned in historical records in 1208.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 215 metres (705 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 13.03 km² (5.03 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 1150 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 1019 people by ethnicity 983 as Slovak, 27 as Not found out, 8 as Czech, 3 as Rusyn, 3 as Other, 2 as Serbian, 1 as Jewish, 1 as Ukrainian, 1 as Romani, 1 as Russian, 1 as Romanian, 1 as Austrian and 1 as English.
