Pravotice (Hungarian: Peres) is a village and municipality in Bánovce nad Bebravou District in the Trenčín Region of north-western Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1232.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 218 metres (715 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 6.04 km² (2.33 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 369 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 343 people by ethnicity 339 as Slovak, 5 as Not found out, 1 as Polish and 1 as Other.
