Pochabany (Hungarian: Pohába) is a village and municipality in the Bánovce nad Bebravou District of the Trenčín Region of Slovakia.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 256 metres (840 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 4.31 km² (1.66 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 275 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 258 people by ethnicity 252 as Slovak, 7 as Not found out, 2 as Czech, 1 as Vietnamese, 1 as German and 1 as Hungarian.
