How to Identify
A fig. It is a shrub that grows attached to other plants. It can be strangling or a liane. It can develop into a small tree. It grows 5 m tall. The leaves are narrowly oval. They are 6-28 cm long by 2-7 cm wide.

Production
In Central African Republic ripe figs have been observed in February.
