How to Identify
A herb that grows in water. It only has a short stalk. The roots are 30 cm long. The leaves are at the roots. They form a sheath at the base. They are 20-45 cm long by 3-5 mm wide. The flower stalk is 70 cm long. The flowers are above the water. Plants are separately male and female.
