How to Identify
A shrub that keeps its leaves throughout the year. The leaves have leaflets along the stalk. The leaves are crowded towards the ends of the branches. There are 5-17 leaflets. They are long and have teeth or spines along the edge. They are pale coloured underneath. The flowers are yellow and have a sweet scent. They are in dense erect groups. The fruit are oval and blue-black.
Production
Fruit are available in May and June.
