The First of Diorite is one of the four Firsts, and it spawns plank, cobblestone, and grindstone golems within Minecraft Legends.

Lore

The First of Diorite was built by Knowledge using gold, diorite and a spawner. According to the hosts, they helped make the Overworld more friendly. Eventually, they remained disassembled above a mossy surface on a jagged peaks biome until they were awakened to join the fight against the piglins.

Spawning

Campaign

The First of Diorite can be found disassembled randomly in jagged peaks biomes. If the wake the firsts improvement has been placed at an improvement hub, the First of Diorite can be reassembled by spending 100 gold and 125 coal.

Once the First of Diorite has been awoken, it will act as a regular unit. Only one can ever been spawned at a time. If the First of Diorite is defeated or de-spawns through other means it will respawn when the player fast travels to a village or a wellhouse or the Well of Fate.

Versus

The First of Diorite can be spawned by interacting with a First of Diorite spawner and spending resources. More than one can be spawned at one time, however each First of Diorite will take up eight flames of creation.

Behavior

The First of Diorite can spawn cobblestone, plank, and grindstone golems in groups of ten to fight during battles. The First of Diorite also has a smash attack that damages nearby targets, though this is done rarely. Once the Nether portal it was targeting was destroyed, it will cheer and raise its arms up to the air as a celebration.

Attacks

The First of Diorite has two attacks: spawing golems and a melee attack. Spawning golems is considered an attack despite not dealing damage itself.
