Breeze farming is useful for obtaining large amounts of breeze rods, which can be crafted into wind charges and brewed into potions of wind charging. It is also a great source of trial keys.

Mechanics

Breezes spawn only in trial chambers from a trial spawner, by spawn-proofing some blocks around it, the spawning position of breezes can be manipulated.

Here is a design by Rays Works, that produces around 32 breeze rods an hour:
