The ultimate weapon, also known as a super weapon, was an enchanted diamond tool with the power of a command block. It was enchanted using Ivor's command enchanting book.
History
After the truth was exposed in Ivor's laboratory, Jesse was given the option to choose which diamond tool they would craft. They would enchant it with the command enchanting book. If Jesse enchanted a diamond hoe, Reuben would laugh at them.
After getting inside the wither storm, Jesse used it to strike the command block three times with each having an increasing challenge. Jesse, however, dropped the weapon accidentally which Reuben retrieves. After the final strike against the command block the block was destroyed together with the weapon.[1]
Properties
An ultimate tool can destroy any item, including the command block. The enchantment applied is specifically for destroying the command block.[2]

Trivia
- The ultimate sword’s grip is shorter than the other swords’, accurately matching Minecraft’s. The others, based on Minecraft swords, have been subtly modified to have slightly longer grips.
- In the Adventure Pass thumbnail, Jesse is shown holding the ultimate sword, even though they use a normal enchanted diamond sword in the Adventure Pass.
- In the Netflix adaptation of Minecraft: Story Mode, the appearance of the ultimate pickaxe and hoe does not appear as they do in the original game. Instead, they use their respective vanilla texture, and with the pickaxe having the shape of its ultimate version.
