Wind Charged is a status effect that causes an entity to release a burst of wind upon death.
Effect
Wind Charged causes any entities that have the effect to emit a burst of wind, similar to that caused by a thrown wind charge, in at the center[verify for Bedrock Edition] of the entity's hitbox upon its death. Mobs affected by Wind Charged emit wind-like particles.
